Our Cancellation Policy
Firehouse Training has a no cash refund, service exchange-only policy. Customers may exchange items or reschedule services upon request, but will not receive a monetary refund. All course or career coaching customer purchases made for a scheduled training date or consulting sessions are subject to payment for the full cost of the training, by registered credit card and/or e-transfer.
Firehouse customers may exchange our products and clothing, training class subject topics, or career-coaching services should they reschedule for a future date.
All virtual and classroom sessions are scheduled and planned in advance including instructor bookings, room rental, equipment and lunch catering. Our Fire Service teaching staff are pre-booked to ensure up-to-date fire training tactics, strategies and content; ensuring class safety and instructor to student ratios are met. All website purchases, cash and paid registration by e-transfer, are subject to this policy.
